My BIG fun run!

Hi my name is Jack. And I'm a cancer survivor.

It all started 4 years ago when I was on holiday in America! I had been I'll the last month or so and had not been right for at least 4/5 months. It got to the point where I was so ill I couldn't physically walk.

A trip to the doctors and some test later is when we found out; I had A.L.L Leukaemia. On the day I can remember my dad crying and telling him it was going to be ok. I didn't feel bad or frightened. In fact I didn't really feel anything.

Treatment was very hard. Mentally and physically. To make things worse me and my dad are VERY squeamish. I lost contact with all my friends from school the first intensive year of treatment. I can't remember why I just don't think it was on my mind at the time.

Treatment lasted 3 and a half years and ended last July. I am still feeling the effects but am gradually getting stronger.

I am running a race to help Leukaemia and Lymphoma research this October.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONATE!!

Not your conventional Twitter

I have just created a new twitter account. However, it's not your average profile to say the least. It is based on blogging and doesn't give away my identity. Why do this? Well by not putting your real name it opens up a whole world of things you can't/wouldn't write if you name was shown. You can tell all the gossip you want, tell everybody your deepest secrets, tell people about your crushes, who you like, don't like or even your very personal life- you know what I mean ;-)

I have only just created it today so will wait a couple of weeks until I start the tweets.
Hopefully it will be extremely interesting for people to read and I'm hoping  people will interact with me and ask about my life.

So give me a follow @Ivor_Montagu (I used this fake name which is nothing like my own so people wouldn't have any clue who I am)
